Resim ve Heykel Müzeleri

HAKKINDA

Bakanlığımızca geçmişi gelecekle buluşturma misyonundan hareketle evrensel kültür ve sanat değerlerinin sürdürülebilir korunmasını sağlayarak yaşatmak, tanıtmak ve toplumsal bilincin oluşturulması amacıyla önemli adımlar atılmaktadır. Güzel Sanatlar Genel Müdürlüğü'ne bağlı hizmet veren 3 Resim ve Heykel Müzesi bulunmaktadır. 1963 yılında Erzurum Resim Heykel Müzesi ve Galerisi, 1973 yılında İzmir Resim Heykel Müzesi ve Galerisi ile 1976 yılında Ankara Resim ve Heykel Müzesi açılmıştır. Ankara dışındaki Resim ve Heykel Müzeleri bulundukları ilin Kültür ve Turizm Müdürlüğüne bağlı olarak etkinliklerini sürdürmektedirler. Topluma kimlik kazandıran, oluştuğu coğrafyanın çok renkli motifleriyle şekillenen sanat, kültürün bileşenidir. Kültürel mirasımızın manevi değerleri olan sanat eserleri arşiv niteliği taşıyan tarihsel referanslarımızdır. Müzelerimiz; kaynağını toplumdan alan eserlerin, topluma sunulması ve geleceğe aktarılmasına aracı olmanın yanı sıra, koruma, araştırma, toplama, belgeleme ve sergileme temel sorumluluklarını özverili çalışmalarla gerçekleştirerek koleksiyonuna katılan eserlerin aidiyet duygusunu da güçlendirmektedir.

ABOUT

Because of the mission of bringing the past and the future together for our global culturel and art values our Ministry has been taking important steps giving lasting protection to keep alive, to present and to create “the social conscious”. There are three Art and Sculpture Museums related to The General Office of Fine Arts. Erzurum The State Art and Sculpture Museum and The Gallery was opened in 1963. İzmir The State Art and Sculpture Museum and The Gallery was opened in 1973 and Ankara The Art and Sculpture Museum was opened in 1976. The two Art and Sculpture Museums in İzmir and Erzurum are having activities connected with The Office of Culturel and Tourism in their cities, except Ankara. Art is the compound of culture that gives identity to the community and shaped with colured motives (designs) in the geography where it has happened (sprung). Our artworks which are the moral matters of our cultural heritage have been qualified as archieves. The museums present the artworks that their origin is the community, quote them from now to future. They have also main responsibilities for these to safeguard to research, to document and to exhibit and to be strengthened identity feeling of the new artworks added to the collection recently.
